All fine, but rude staff

It's fairly clean, amazing hotel and the staff is nice. The location is awesome, close to everything.

Clean room, excellent shower, with decent room cleaning and a particularly nice and super clean shower experience, making it easy to unwind after exploring the city's attractions, all while being conveniently located just 55 km from the nearest airport.

Everything was as perfect as can be.

Also, location was excellent, just 5 minutes walk from Castle of Chaos. The room itself was impeccably clean with a sofa and had essentials I needed. The personnel was efficient and exceptionally nice.

I loved lounging by the outdoor pool and spending time in the heated swimming pool during my stay. The room was comfortable, and while the breakfast was only okay, it didn’t ruin my trip. 😄

You gotta check out Bullfish Grill for some epic steak and seafood dishes that hit just right! And the location's a total win that ice cream fix. Plus, breakfast was pretty solid, too.

Housekeeping was a bit of a flop-we had to hunt down essentials like washcloths, and the room never got vacuumed. Still, nothing too messy to keep us from enjoying our stay.

It affected the comfort of my stay. The room design felt a bit lacking with limited electrical outlets near the nightstand, and there was no soap dish in the bathroom, inconvenient. For the price, I expected better attention to these details. It was a mixed experience but the location was definitely a highlight.

The suites are roomy, with a good layout for families needing space to spread out. Proximity to local attractions makes it easy to dive into the action, with plenty of dining options just a short drive away.

Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. Didn't see any fresh sheets during a four-night stay, and vacuuming was clearly skipped. The pool was a chaotic scene with kids and adults creating a ruckus. It's been a week since check-out, and still no resolution on that front.

The outdoor pool had a fun water slide that our kids loved. Breakfast had decent options but could use more variety. The location was super close to attractions.

The fairfield inn was in a great location, super close to all the action. Our suite with a king bed and sofa was spacious enough for the whole family. The hotel offered various recreational activities that kept us entertained .

The shower in our suite was sparkling clean and a true delight after a long day of exploring nearby attractions. We enjoyed quality bond time by the pool, despite the overwhelming crowd.

The hotel is conveniently located just minutes from The Island in Pigeon Forge, where we had a blast at the amusement park. The friendly staff made our mornings enjoyable with a satisfying breakfast selection that kept everyone fueled for the day.

My kids wished for more supervision at the pool area. It was often overcrowded, and some kids were quite rowdy, hard for our family to relax.
